eSommelier Wine Cellar Managment

Found in the world’s most spectacular cellars, eSommelier’s Wine Management System currently tracks more than $1 billion dollars worth of wine. It provides sophisticated collectors like you an in-cellar management system that informs you about what wine you have, where it’s located and most importantly, when you should drink it. Removing a bottle is as easy as waving it under the scanner. Entering new acquisitions is as simple as making a deposit at an Automated Teller Machine. Want to view your collection remotely? With eSommelier’s MyWine Portal, your collection can be accessed from any internet-connected computer or PDA in the world with only your user name and password.
The system is comprised of an elegant 15” diagonal LCD color touch panel, a bar code scanner and bar code printer. Together, they rest on a counter-top in your cellar, or separated, the touch-panel can be easily mounted to a wall. The fun to use, touch-screen system shows you what you have in your collection, where each bottle or case is stored, along with specific attributes such as tasting notes, drinking dates, label images, and value. Your eSommelier system integrates with www.eRobertParker.com and Stephen Tanzer’s www.wineaccess.com should you wish to collect information about your wine from those sources.
Optional features include:
- Temperature/Humidity Sensor: This feature sounds an alarm when the cellar’s temperature or humidity exceeds the proper range and generates useful reports over time.
- Spreadsheet Upload Software: A software accessory for collectors who already have their collection organized in Microsoft Excel. It allows that data to be imported into the eSommelier system.
- Multiple Cellar Software: This software module adds features for users with one eSommelier system but multiple wine cellars. It enables the contents of each cellar to be tracked individually.
